When choosing what product to purchase, it is very important to find the right product for your door type and form factor.

If you are an end user located in the Republic of Korea, the most important decision is between a mortise type lock and a rim lock.

If your door is equipped with a lock case which integrates both lever handle and deadbolt, you should choose a mortise type door lock.

If handle and lock are detached from each other, you should choose a rim lock type.

Because door form factors vary greatly across countries, we cannot provide exhaustive advice to customers from countries other than the Republic of Korea. We recommend that you consult with an authorized dealer in your jurisdiction.

​You may also refer to the drilling template for each product, which provides information on hole placement.

You may also consider the types of access functions available. Depending on your preferences, we provide products with RFID card access, mechanical key override, PIN code and Bluetooth smartphone integration. Please note that Bluetooth support is limited to certain models and versions of Android and iOS. Lastly, we offer a range of various colors. Depending on the color of your door, some of our offered colors may aesthetically combine with the door better than others.

If you lose one of your registered RFID cards, please re-register all other cards with your door lock.

Doing so will automatically delete your lost RFID card.

You may also perform a card reset on the door lock. This will remove all registered cards.

How to register RFID cards? (applies to CM-1000K, CM-1100K) Briefly press the [R] button located under the battery cover.

After the keypad lights up, hold each cards against the card reader.

​Please note that only the cards you hold against the card reader will be registered. All other previously registered cards which are not re-registered are automatically deleted.

How to delete all registered RFID cards? (applies to CM-1000K, CM-1100K) Press and hold the [R] button located under the battery cover for 3 seconds. Press number [2] on the keypad followed by the star [*] button. When you perform a card reset, all registered cards will be removed.

Note that the warranty duration for RFID cards is 1 year from date of purchase.
